Drinking more coffee is dangerous for health, or drinking so many cups can increase lifespan!

Many people like to drink coffee. Many people have a habit of drinking coffee throughout the day, while some consume coffee in very small amounts. If coffee is consumed in limited quantity then there can be many benefits. But drinking in excess can cause harm to health. Many people like to drink coffee. After drinking 1 cup of strong coffee, there is freshness in the body. Many people like to start the day with 1 cup of strong coffee, while some people drink coffee at any time of the day. Coffee is in high demand all over the world including India.

According to some reports , the demand for coffee is projected to increase across Asia in the coming years .In view of the increasing popularity of coffee, some time ago 3 researches were done. It has been told in these research that drinking coffee can be of great benefit to heart health and can also increase lifespan. It has also been told in research that the risk of dying from heart disease, heart failure, heart rate problems or any cause can also be reduced by 10 to 15 percent. But for this, it has been advised to drink how many cups of coffee, also know this. Conclusions drawn on a database of 5 lakh people The conclusions drawn from this study were presented at the 71st Annual Science Session of the American College of Cardiology. In this study, Professor of Arrhythmia at Baker Heart Institute in Melbourne, Australia and Head Writer of Research Dr. Peter Kistler and his team used data from the UK Biobank, a large database. It has health information of more than 5 lakh people. Doctor .

According to Peter, coffee can increase the heart rate. Some people worry that drinking it may cause some heart problems. But our data suggests that coffee should be part of a healthy diet for patients with heart disease and normal people. We found in research that drinking coffee did not cause any harm, but its consumption benefited heart health. Coffee lovers can drink so many cups, says dietitian Karen Chong of Matilda International Hospital in Hong Kong, coffee lovers should not take it in excess after knowing the findings of the research. The findings from the research are useful, but more research is needed on this. Till then I will not encourage drinking coffee for the safety of anyone’s heart. I would say that two or three cups of coffee can be drunk a day. Two to three cups of coffee contain about 200 mg of caffeine. These people should not drink coffee. The US Food and Drug Administration also recommends no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day , which is roughly the equivalent of four to five cups of coffee , says Karen Chong .

If you drink more than four cups a day, you should drink decaffeinated coffee. It contains about 97 percent less caffeine than caffeinated coffee . Karen Chong adds that people who are sensitive to caffeine should completely avoid coffee and other caffeinated drinks, as caffeine causes an increase in heart rate and can make them irritable. I do not recommend drinking coffee to children and adults because caffeine has a negative effect on their nervous and cardiovascular systems . If a woman is pregnant or lactating, then she should not drink more than one or two cups of coffee a day. You should still drink decaffeinated coffee if you are suffering from heartburn (acid reflux) as caffeine stimulates the stomach to produce gastric acid. Keep these things in mind before drinking coffee Karen Chong further said, coffee can greatly affect bone health. In some research, it has been told that due to excessive consumption of coffee, the amount of calcium in the body starts decreasing. Antioxidants and flavonoids are found in very high amounts in coffee beans.

These naturally occurring compounds that help our cells to break down and reduce the risk of diseases. The two most common types of coffee beans are Robusta and Arabica , according to Karen Chong , Robusta beans contain more antioxidants than Arabica beans , but have twice the amount of caffeine . Therefore, only freshly ground coffee should always be consumed. But when brewing coffee, be sure to keep in mind that coffee beans have not been roasted for too long or at very high temperatures, as doing so reduces the amount of antioxidants. If you want to take the benefits of drinking coffee, then drink milk mixed with coffee. But keep in mind that do not mix cream and sugar in coffee.
